If your purchase doesn‘t meet your expectations, we allow returns or exchanges for brand new, unused, unwashed items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Options
• Exchange or Return (Store Credit Refund): We provide prepaid return labels and do not charge any restocking fees.
• Refund to original payment method: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must send the item back to our warehouse. Additionally, we charge a 10% restocking fee.
This fee isn’t for profit but helps offset logistics and payment processing costs. It enables us to maintain competitive pricing. As a sustainable company, we encourage mindful consumption to reduce environmental impact. Thank you for supporting our commitment to quality and sustainability.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, email support@nokmorn.com. If returning an item, any complimentary gifts must also be returned.
For shipments valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Handling Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will reship the item; if reshipment is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock), we will provide a full or partial refund. Partial refund amounts will be based on the proportion of defective items in your order.
Excluded Items and Final Sale Items
• Shipments to remote locations such as Iceland, Australia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and South American countries are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be credited as store credit.
• Bulk and wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
• Returns will not be accepted for any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts due to reasons beyond our control, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• We reserve the right to restrict or refuse returns if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.
