Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping (minimum order amount of $300).

 Products will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days after receiving your order. Rest assured, we will make effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

 Order Tracking:

If you provided a mobile phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and package tracking link. You may also visit our tracking page to monitor your shipment.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Address Error Disclaimer:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided shipping address. We expedite processing and shipping, allowing only a brief window to correct errors. If you believe your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately at: support@nokmorn.com

Shipping/Tax Charges:

For orders under $300 USD, shipping fees of $32–$40 USD will be charged based on the actual weight of the products.

Please note that orders shipped to remote regions and countries, such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Iceland, Australia, etc., may experience extended delivery times. These addresses incur an additional shipping fee of $19-$59 (exact cost depends on order value).

In some cases, your package may undergo customs inspection. Any duties and taxes assessed will be determined according to your local government's regulations. If applicable taxes and/or duties are incurred, you will be required to pay these fees prior to shipment.

Remote Areas and Non-Shipping Regions:

Please note that we currently cannot ship to war zones, Greenland, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Barbados, Aruba, Nicaragua, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, certain African regions, and select South American countries. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for shipping, please contact our team  support@nokmorn.com to confirm before you order.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Nokmorn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please contact the relevant logistics carrier using the contact details provided on our tracking page to file a report.
